► Shave the Pussy

It’s always been important for women to shave their private areas, and well, we men don’t complain for them taking the trouble. For these tasks everyone knows there’s a wide range of creams and cares for such a sensitive area of the skin, and the smart people at RFSU have taken advantage of this in an awesome way.

At ShaveThePussy.com you’ll find a very well thought of website, where you can trim, cut, shave, clean the women’s private parts using the RFSU creams plus a razor, a comb, scissors and a lot of creativity.

And if you’re one who likes to show off, you can upload your work to the gallery open to public scrutiny.

► CPU vs GPU

In the always good FayerWayer I just came across this kickass video from a conference by the guys from MythBusters to basically explain the differences between a CPU and a GPU but in a very understandable and interesting way.

Or if you prefer just watch it for its beauty (and the ridiculously inmense budget these guys have).

► Life lesson by Randy Pausch

I had no idea who Randy Pausch was, I didn’t know what he did neither that a terminal cancer took him away yesterday.

I feel ashamed not to know about this character earlier; but the guys at FayerWayer managed to enlighten a few of us ignorants.

I could celebrate the fact that Pausch was a pioneer in the field of virtual reality or the fact that Time magazine included him in the list of the 100 most influential people in the world. However, all of that isn’t what inspires me the most. What inspieres me most is his sense of being so down to Earth.

The video I’m showing you above apparently caused quite a fuzz around the internet when it was recorded in Spetember 2007. Under the name of “The Last Lecture” and being 76 minutes long, this video shows us a man whose overwhelming achievements become almost anecdotical in this life lesson. He doesn’t explain how to be succesful, he teaches simply to enjoy the ride of life and inspire others to enjoy it as well.

An amazing simpleness that gives you a very warm and close feeling only from hearing Pausch. Besides the fact that he is a guy who clearly enjoys life at a 100% even knowing it’s running out and even takes the time to teach us about the importance of family in a few lovely gestures along the talk.

I’m really embarassed not knowing about his existence, and I know I’m one of the millions of postume homages that’ll pop up all over; but I couldn’t leave a side a person who managed to inspire me and teach me so many things in just an hour of hearing him.

Please take a minute to enjoy the video.

► This is Sand

Good friend Veggie just showed me this kickass website named This Is Sand. An online application that uses your screen’s pixels as sand grains that you can spread and change colors as you wish.

Plus, you can upload your creations to the online gallery.

Sweet.

► Flashpedia, everything Flash

My good friend Panxo (A.K.A. TheMechonConnection) just sent me this website that holds a whole lot of nifty minigames, videos and apps made in Flash.

Quite the spot to spend some of your lazy hours.

On another matter, a lot of you’ve been asking why I’m kinda missing from my website. The thing is I’m setting up a few projects and one of them involves several changes around here.

In the meantime I’ll try to catch up on the posting frequency.

Greetings to all of you still passing by.

► TODO, interaction design

Just today I received a comment on my blog from the very people who were behind the amazing Artificial Dummies I posted a while ago. They’re the great minds of Artificial Dummies I posted a while ago. They’re the great minds of TODO and the heads up was from their very own Andrea.

TODO is, in their own words, an interaction and media design agency. Stablished in Italy, this group has a whole lot going for them. Kickass interactive works, a kickass website, a kickass video collection and even better, an amazing level of creativity.

At the risk of being a bit repetitive, the video I left you above is an explanation of the almighty Artificial Dummies. Beautiful music and a subtle explanation on the little creatures.

Still I urge you to check out their websites. Their work is really a pleasure to watch and imagine.

Thanks a lot Andrea on the heads up! Much success!.

► Interactive Cube

This amazing cube is the first cubic interactive gaming platform in the world. In the video, one of its many games: The Fentix Cube, an emulation of the always grand Rubik’s cube.
